  • Replaced old style fan with New style fan. Drilled out frame and position new fan added new spacers and bolts.
  • Replaced Ceramic Block 24v AC for Lamp and 3 x Beau socket wiring. Made safe and Insulated transformer wires.
  • Replaced Burnt out Lamp Holder. and put in new lamp.
  • Made Lamp cover for light leakage above lamp.
  • Internal Lens Frame reformed and then realigned. 
  • Silver Reflector was out of position causing External 85mm Lens to melt on edges.
  • Remade spade connectors on Fuse holder as very loose and arcing
  • remade spade connectors on all three Beau sockets.

    Run projector for 2 Hours. Initially smoke and oil burning smell from oil residue from oiling old fan even though the case and lens frame were cleaned.

    Test a further 2 hours -

    1 x 70-120mm Lens (Used)
